These gorgeous Valentine's Day bars are colorful, delicious & the perfect way to celebrate the holiday of love!

Ingredients
Butter
Granulated sugar
Brown sugar
1 egg
Vanilla extract
Baking powder
Flour
Salt
Heavy cream
Powdered sugar
Valentine's day sprinkles
Pink gel food coloring
Purple gel food coloring

Cream the butter and sugars together then mix in the egg and vanilla extract until completely combine.

Fold in the flour, baking powder, and salt until soft cookie dough forms and the flour mixture disappears.

Spread the dough into a prepared baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Don't worry if the center looks a bit raw. This is normal!
