The Grinch Sugar Cookies

These adorable cookies are vibrant, soft & inspired by the Grinch stole Christmas movie!

They're topped with mini heart sprinkles & are perfect for cookie exchanges!

Ingredients Butter Granulated sugar Brown sugar Egg white Vanilla Neon green food coloring Flour Baking soda Baking powder Salt Granulated sugar Heart sprinkles

Cream the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add in the egg white, vanilla extract and green gel food coloring.

This is going to yield the most beautiful green cookies!

Mix in the dry ingredients just until the flour mixture disappears.

Scoop out the cookie dough and roll each cookie dough ball in granulated sugar or green sugar sprinkles.

Place them a lined baking sheet and top with a heart candy sprinkle. Bake cookies in a preheated oven.
