Pecan Pie Bars
These bars are made with a buttery shortbread crust then topped with a custardy filling, packed with pecan pieces!

Combine the sugar, flour, and salt together, then mix in the butter and vanilla. Work it together using your hands.
Bake the crust until golden brown!
Whisk the sugar, cinnamon, flour, salt, heavy cream, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla then mix in the pecans.
Pour the pecan pie mix over the crust and bake again. Let them cool for a bit then chill in the fridge!
Slice them up then enjoy! These bite-sized bars are perfect for your Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner table.
