Starbucks Lime Frosted Coconut Bar Recipe

These Starbucks copycat bars are buttery, coconutty and covered in a tangy lime buttercream for the ultimate dessert!

Ingredients Butter Brown sugar 1 egg Vanilla extract Coconut extract Flour Baking powder Salt Shredded coconut  White chocolate chips  Lime extract Lime juice Powdered sugar Heavy cream Food coloring

Cream the butter and sugar together then mix in the egg, vanilla and coconut extract. Next, fold in the dry ingredients  and white chocolate.

Spread the batter into a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 - 16 minutes. Let the bars cool down completely.

Make the tangy lime buttercream and frost the bars. Drizzle on the white chocolate and shredded coconut and you're done!
