In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Then, add condensed milk and vanilla extract and gently fold everything together.
In the same bowl, fold in the chopped Oreos until incorporated.
Pour the ice cream into a loaf pan or a container of choice. Then, cover with plastic and freeze for 6 hours.
Once ready to serve let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and enjoying it!
