All-purpose flour Granulated sugar Baking powder Salt Egg Water Butter Vanilla extract
In a bowl, whisk the water, oil or butter, egg, and vanilla extract together.
In the same bowl, pour the dry ingredients over the wet mixture and whisk until combined.
Grease a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook on one side until you start seeing slight bubbles in the batter. Then, cook some more for 2-3 minutes then serve immediately!
