First, blend the cottage cheese in a blender, food processor, or immersion blender until smooth. Then, add in the grated cheese, taco seasoning, and nutritional yeast and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals for one minute or until the cheese is melted.
