In a bowl, melt the butter and the oil in the microwave or on the stove top in a medium saucepan. Next, add the granulated sugar and the brown sugar to the butter and whisk until the mixture is fully combined.
In the same bowl, add in the egg and the vanilla and whisk to combine. Then, whisk in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Next, fold in the chocolate chunks.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Then, spread the brownie batter to cover the full loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven.
Once the brownies cool down, add the chocolate ganache and sprinkles. Chill the brownies in the fridge for 30-60 minutes and it's ready to enjoy!
