Low effort Thanksgiving leftover quesadilla
These thanksgiving quesadillas are easy to make with leftover ingredients from your Thanksgiving feast.

- 4 medium tortillas
- 1 &½ cups turkey breast chopped or shredded
- ⅔ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- ⅔ cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 3-4 sage leaves chopped, can use thyme or rosemary for this.
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
Heat up a large skillet over medium/medium-low heat then place a tortilla on the skillet, top the whole tortilla with a little bit of the swiss cheese and the mozzarella cheese, top one half with turkey, a few tablespoons of cranberry sauce, and your preferred herb.
Cait until the cheese is slightly melted before folding your tortilla and grill it on each side until golden brown.
Remove from the head and cup the trotilla into thirds or quarters and serve.
