Preheat the oven to 350F then line a baking sheet with parchement paper and set aside.
In a food processor, grind the 10 Oreos until finely crushed, they will have a flour consistency. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed oreos, flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt then set aside.
In a stand mixer bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy.
Add in the egg and the vanilla and mix again to combine. Scrape the sides of the bowl and mix again one more time.
Add in the dry mixture, and gently fold just until the dry mixture disappears. Fold in the roughly chopped Oreos and the white chocolate chips.
Using a large cookie scoop, scoop out 10 equally sized cookie dough balls, gently flatten them to about ¾-1 inch in thickness and bake in the preheated oven for 9-10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
