- 1 box White cake mix
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream room temperature
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup butter melted
- 4 egg whites or 3 whole eggs (the cake will be more yellow)
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Preheat the oven to 350F and butter and line 2 8 inch baking pans with pachment paper and set aside.
