This is a delicious brownie recipe made using chocolate cake mix and 4 other ingredients. It comes together in less than an hour and is so delicious that people won't be able to tell it was made using cake mix!

1boxbetty crocker cake mix
¼cup buttermelted
1 eggroom temperature
⅓cupheavy whipping creamroom temperature
1cupsemi sweet chocolate chips or morsels
Instructions
first, preheat the oven to 350F, then spray an 8" by 8" baking pan with baking spray and line with parchment paper. This will make pulling the brownie out much easier!
In large bowl, add in the melted butter, heavy whipping cream and egg, and beat together until well incorporated.
Sift the chocolate cake mix into the butter mixture then mix everything with a spatula.
add in the chocolate chips or chunks and mix again.
Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan using a spatula and bake for 25-27 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into the brownie. Cut into 9 large square pieces of 16 smaller pieces.
Notes
Make sure to use good quality chocolate. I always stress the fact that you want to use good quality chocolate in your baked goods because that's what will give this brownie its richness!
