Vanilla sweet cream cold brew - Starbucks Copycat

This Starbucks vanilla sweet cream cold brew recipe is to die for. It is lightly sweetened and full of sweet cream flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup half and half
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2-4 tablespoon maple syrup (can use vanilla syrup instead) Use 4 tablespoon if you like it sweeter.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste If you use vanilla syrup omit this.

For the cold brew coffee

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee either homemade or store bought
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup vanilla sweet cream

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a medium bowl and gently whisk to get them incorporated. Top your cold brew coffee with some of this homemade Starbucks copycat sweet cream and enjoy.
  • Transfer the rest to a jar and seal tightly and store in the fridge for future use.

Make the vanilla sweet cream cold brew

  • Add the ice to a glass, top it with cold brew, top it all with the vanilla sweet cream and enjoy.

Notes

Store this sweet cream in a tight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
