  • When you are ready to bake these healthy cinnamon shrimp skewers, start by preheating the oven to 450F degrees. Then thread about 5 shrimps on each skewer. Set the shrimp skewers on a nonstick baking sheet
  • Drizzle a little olive oil on the Cinnamon shrimps, using a brush make sure each side is coated with the oil.  Bake for 5-8 minutes and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don't want to use skewers, you can still bake these in the oven. Follow the same instructions except for the part where you have to thread the shrimp into the wooden skewers.
  • Make sure to scrape the baking sheet, that's where all the juices and flavors are at!!
  • This Cinnamon shrimp recipe could also be made on the stove top. Just cook it in a regular pan with a small drizzle of olive oil. You will know they are ready when the shrimps turn pink.
