½cupchia seeds
1 to 2tablespoonsmaple syrupor any other sweetener
¼ to ½teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
½cupgranola
1cupfrozen berriespuréed in blender or food processor

Instructions
In a bowl, add the non-dairy milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir together until there aren’t any chia seeds floating on the surface. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
In 4 glass jars, or 2 if you’re having this as a meal, add a layer of granola, followed by a layer of berry purée and then a thin layer of chia seed pudding. Carefully stick the sliced strawberries on the sides of the bowl, and fill with more chia seed pudding until the strawberries are covered.
Repeat the layers, and top with a sprinkle of granola and a whole strawberry. Serve immediately.
Notes
The granola will soak up the moisture from the berry purée and chia seed pudding, so do not let it sit for too long.
