This maple latte recipe combines a homemade latte sweetened with real maple syrup and a little cinnamon to spice up the drink.

Hot

  • Brew a shot of espresso or make strong coffee in your serving cup.
    2 shots freshly brewed espresso
  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
    2 tablespoons maple syrup, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Froth the milk mixture using a milk frother or whisk vigorously until foamy.
    ¾ cup milk
  • Pour the milk over the espresso, top with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or whipped cream, and enjoy!

Iced

  • Brew a shot of espresso or make strong coffee and let it cool.
  • In a glass, combine the cooled espresso or coffee with the maple syrup, and vanilla extract and stir to combine. Add in the ice and top with the milk.
    2 shots freshly brewed espresso, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Add whipped cream if you'd like and a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
