Homemade Strawberry Milk Recipe

- 2 cup strawberries slices
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- milk very cold
Add the rinsed and hulled diced strawberries, sugar, and water in a medium pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes stirring from time to time.

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the syrup into a small cup, use the strained strawberries in other recipes like smoothies or oatmeal.
Add about ¼ cup of the strawberry syrup to 1 cup of cold milk and enjoy! Add more or less to taste.
