Ingredients

Chocolate topping

  • 1 & ¼ cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 & ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, then set aside.
  • Mix the light corn syrup, granulated sugar, and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30-second increments, mixing in between every time.
  • Add in the rice Krispy cereal and stir until fully coated in the peanut butter mixture.
  • Gently spread in the prepared 9x13 pan.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the butterscotch chips and the chocolate chips, and the oil together in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the rice Krispy layer, spread it on top, then let it cool completely before slicing and enjoying.
