Ingredients

  • 3 slices toast thick is preferable
  • 1 greek yogurt unsweetened, 5oz/150g cup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean paste use vanilla extract instead if needed
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Instructions

Make the Tiktok toast in the air fryer

  • Mix the yogurt, honey, vanilla bean paste and egg together until smooth.
  • Make a well in the center of the piece of toast, making sure to leave the edges intact so that it keeps the custard from spilling.
  • Divide the custard mixture between the 3 pieces of toast. Top with the blueberries or whatever topping you prefer
  • Bake in the air fryer at 350F for 9 minutes, let the toast cool down for 10-20 minutes and enjoy!

  • Mix the yogurt, honey, vanilla bean paste and egg together until smooth.
