- 3 slices toast thick is preferable
- 1 greek yogurt unsweetened, 5oz/150g cup
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean paste use vanilla extract instead if needed
- ¼ cup blueberries
Make the Tiktok toast in the air fryer
Mix the yogurt, honey, vanilla bean paste and egg together until smooth.
Make a well in the center of the piece of toast, making sure to leave the edges intact so that it keeps the custard from spilling.
Divide the custard mixture between the 3 pieces of toast. Top with the blueberries or whatever topping you prefer
Bake in the air fryer at 350F for 9 minutes, let the toast cool down for 10-20 minutes and enjoy!
