This easy 3 ingredient peach cobbler with cake mix is the easiest summer dessert. It only requires 5 minutes of hands on work and then the oven does the rest of the work for you!

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz cans Peaches in light syrup One with the syrup and one without
  • ½ box butter cake mix
  • ½ stick butter cut into small cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Pour the peaches and the syrup into an 8x8 baking pan. Make sure to use one whole can with the syrup and one can without the syrup in this dessert. Top it with the cake mix, and gently press down with your hand.
    2 15 oz cans Peaches in light syrup, ½ box butter cake mix
  • Evenly distribute the butter on top, sprinkle with a little cinnamon, and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes then serve with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream.
    ½ stick butter, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Notes

If you want to serve a crowd, double this recipe! 

If you want to make this peach cobbler recipe in a 9-13 inch pan for a larger crowd, just double all the ingredients. You will bake it for the same time at the same temperature and will have an easy dessert for a crowd!
