Cheese and ground beef crescent rolls

These Rotel cheese and ground beef crescent rolls are easy to make and will be the perfect weeknight side or game day appetizer. They come together in 20 minutes and are ready to be enjoyed right then and there!

Ingredients

  • 1 8 roll crescent can
  • ¾ cup Rotel dip
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or egg wash

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 350F, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • On your working surface, unroll the crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Make a ½ cm slit on the widest side of the triangle's edge then add 1 tablespoon of Rotel dip.
  • Roll the wide end to the smaller tip of the crescent making sure to tuck any side that isn't tight and secure. Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the heavy cream.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, making sure to rotate the pan halfway through to make sure all the croissants are golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
