  • 7 tablespoon butter slightly softened.
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs at room temperature
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup pretzels crushed
  • ¼ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup pretzels crushed

Instructions

  • First start by preheating the oven to 350F, then grease and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and microwave it in 30 second increments, making sure to stir in between each time until the chocolate is completely melted. Add in the butter and both sugars and mix until completely combined.
  • Add in the eggs one at a time and vigorously stirring between each addition. Add in the vanilla and stir again.
  • Now time to add the flour, and the salt. Gently fold until the flour disappears then add in the ¾ cup crushed pretzels, fold one last time and pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Top it with the second ¾ cup crushed pretzels and the mini chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes, then let the brownies cool completely before digging in!
