Healthy no sugar added pineapple popsicles with Tajin

These no sugar added Tajin healthy pineapple popsicles are one of my favorite Weight Watchers 0 point summer snack. They are made using fresh pineapple, bananas and a light sprinkle of tajin for that perfect kick!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks or 400 grams
  • 1 small banana
  • cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • Tajin seasoning

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients above except the tajin in a blender or a food processor and pulse until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Fill up 8 of your popsicle molds halfway through, then sprinkle some tajin in the middle . Top the popsicles with the rest of the fruit mixture and sprinkle some tajin on top again. Place the lid back on the popsicle molds and gently stick a popsicle stick in.
  • Carefully, place the popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze for 4 to 8 hours or overnight. The mixture needs to be completely frozen.
  • When you are ready to enjoy these healthy pineapple popsicles, pull them out of the freeze and let them sit at room temperature for 1-3 minutes depending on the temperature of the room. Gently pull the stick to remove the popsicle from the mold and enjoy!
