Sheet puff pastry Apple slides Honey Egg Water Powdered sugar Ice cream
On the parchment paper, drizzle about 2 teaspoons of honey equally spaced so that you can fit all 6 puff pastries.
Top the honey dollops with the sliced apples.
Place a blanket of puff pastry on top of each apple cluster. Then, gently press the edges down to seal. Next, brush each puff pastry rectangle with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes at 400F.
Finally, serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream or caramel and enjoy!
