In a large bowl, mix the blueberries with the sugar and lemon zest.
In a bowl, whisk all-purpose flour, sugar, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt until combined. Then add in the milk and whisk until a batter forms.
Pour the blueberry mixture into the pan once the butter is melted. Then drizzle the batter over the blueberries and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 400F.
Allow it to cool down before serving it with whipped cream, a drizzle of heavy cream, or vanilla ice cream.
