Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together. Add in the egg and the vanilla and mix again.
Scoop out 8 cookie dough balls, place them on a baking sheet, gently flatten with your hand then freeze. Now bake and fill with the marshmallow fluff frosting.
