Making these for Easter tomorrow- all of your recipes are such a hit with my family! I was wondering how long you recommend baking them for if I make 16 smaller ones instead of the 8 big ones? 😊
Chahinez
So sorry for the late response, I would say anywhere between 7-8 minutes!
Ariah
Is it okay if I use foil instead of parchment paper
Chahinez
Yes, just make sure you put oil on it so nothing sticks to the foil!
Elizabeth
Would these be ok on the counter for 6-8 hours or do they need constant refrigeration because of the mousse
Chahinez
Depending on the temperature of where they will be out they might need to be chilled again. If the room is cool they can stay out.
KB
Everything tasted amazing. My cookies puffed up more than yours in the photos. My dough was really, really sticky. Any ideas as to what I did wrong?
Chahinez
You might’ve added too much water 😕
Promise
These cookies were good! The cookie itself was very good and the frosting was pretty good too. I had a very hard time with the streusel though. I made it several times and eventually just gave up.
